Teething Cookie's

So, as of late, Karma has been unable to eat the basic arrowroot teething cookies. The problem being that they r too thin and she ends up with a large chunk of cookie down her throat choking her. So my mom remembered the old fashioned teething cookies that she used to buy for my sister and I. She went online and found a recipe for them.
So for anyone who is interested, I am gonna post the recipe here. The cookies are solid as rocks and they dont mush up very fast so they dont break off for a long long time. Consequently, no choking. YAY!!

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup granulated sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
2-2.5 cups all purpose flour.

Beat eggs and add sugar, vanilla, and flour. Mix well. Roll dough between two sheets of floured wax paper till it is 1/4 inch thick. Cut desired shapes and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Let stand for about 6-7 hours. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 mins.
(you have to let them stand to help get as much moisture out of them as possible, helps to make them as hard as little rocks.. lol)

The one's Ella's eating in her blog are called "Farley's". They come in a big pink box. You can get them at WalMart. They didn't break easy at all. It did take some time to clean up though!

very awesome. Zak had to use freezees. They were cold so they helped with the pain and when he finally broke thru the plastic the look on his face was priceless!

sounds easy enough, but do you want to give baby so much sugar?
